A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR BOOKING WITH THE BALANCE PAID ON THE DAY.

Conditions

  • Confirm guest numbers and party requirements 48 hours prior.

  • Online bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

  • Last minute phone or email bookings will require a deposit. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the party.

  • Deposits for birthdays can only be used for birthday bookings.

  • Any menu changes must be made seven days prior to the date of the booking.

  • Booking times are made on the hour every hour for a duration of one hour 45 minutes. Please ensure you and your guests arrive 20 minutes before to allow time for processing.

  • Bouncers cannot return to the trampoline floor once their one hour bounce is completed. We reserve the right to ask party participants to leave the trampoline floor.

  • Please advise on booking if there are any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. However, due to health and safety regulations we have a strict policy against bringing any other food and drink onto the premises.
